Our story
Buildaview was founded to simplify construction for property owners, investors, and businesses across Southern California. What began as a small design-build operation has grown into a full-service platform that handles everything from early architectural concepts and permitting to the finished build.
We have led and completed residential remodels, retail build-outs, office improvements, warehouse expansions, and industrial facility upgrades — directly and through our established trade network — each one shaped by clear communication, careful planning, and hands-on oversight.
Our headquarters in Downey keeps us close to the communities we serve, from Los Angeles and Orange County to the Inland Empire.
